FARO is a 501(c)3 registered social enterprise committed to providing high-quality curricula and books to empower students to learn and tackle global challenges in their local community, at no cost to teachers or students.
We chose the word FARO and the image of the lighthouse because it represents our mission. We started this enterprise with the goal of illuminating global problems while staying rooted in community, much like a lighthouse stays grounded on the shore but shines a light on the world beyond.
